Went with LND for this because of their 24 to 48 hour turnaround time. It ended up not being that at it took a week from when they got the package to even ship my rebuild and reprogrammed parts out, which took even longer to get back to my house. This was just inconvenient and led to me being in a bind, leaving a family member without a car because I was going out of town. I reached out to customer service and tried to work things out, tried to get the package expedited or shipped faster in any way to which they were very little help and didn’t really do much to try and help me out. I then emailed customer service, explaining my whole situation, just asking for some sort of compensation or like refund or discount or something that they could do on their end just because like of how inconvenient this whole process was with them and I got I got a like two sentence email back saying we’re sorry that it was delayed. It was due to a shortage of parts needed or something and that’s all I got
