You may be subject to an additional charge if you selected a dual-stage service but sent a single-stage retractor attached to a pre-tensioner.
A dual-stage retractor has two plugs on the retractor itself.
If your seat belt has one plug on the retractor and one plug on the pre-tensioner, that counts as wo separate services, one single-stage and one pre-tensioner.
Once you've paid, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label to send your parts to us for repair. We provide prepaid shipping labels only for customers within the USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping labels for customers outside the USA, including Europe, Canada, and Mexico. We are located at:

Please print and attach the prepaid shipping label to your package. Include a copy of your email confirmation inside the package. Ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
While we successfully reset most modules, some units cannot be cleared due to internal damage, corruption, or manufacturer restrictions.
If We Can’t Repair / Reset Your Item
If the part you send us can’t be repaired / reset, we’ll refund the full service price.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
