Communication via email was great.
Turn around was just about what they say. I shipped on Friday afternoon, they had possession of package by next Tuesday morning and they completed and shipped out that following Thursday and was back home and installed Monday.
11 days total including transit from WA to CA and back.

I had sent in the drivers belt for both a 1993 F150 (granite gray(dark)) and a 1995 Bronco (opal gray(light)).
Considering that the passenger sides was still a 30 year old piece they match decently - but are not a 100% perfect match.

I think it would be virtually impossible to 100% match 30 year old faded colors.

The dark gray belt has a slightly more blueish look than original and it is the same 5 panel construction of the OEM belts.

The light gray belt is slightly more silver than OEM belt and is a solid 1 panel construction vs the 5 panel design of OEM.

I am sure the sun will fade them some so probably will blend them better over time, but they are close enough for vehicles that get driven regularly.
If your vehicle is a show vehicle I would recommend getting all of your belts done for best results over all.

Over all, I am completely happy with how these re webbed belts present and will most definitely use L & D Solutions for any other seat belt re-webbing projects I may have in the future.

L&D did an absolutely wonderful job assisting me. The solid webbing was spot on to my OEM PORSCHE for my GT4 RS. They mailed me samples, Russ was available by Text to see the exact webbing I was after, he was able to order it specifically for me and made the entire process so easy. Keep in mind special orders may take a bit longer but once the material was received in the time frame stated, my belts were being shipped back to me the very next day. I’d highly recommend L&D. Restoring a '79 Ford F100, being able to use original hardware is great. The new webbing looks great, quality work. Quick turn-around and they make it easy to ship. Will definitely use them on next project.

I sent off 4 seatbelts to get rewebbed and done black for my Escalade. All 4 seatbelts functioned safely and 100% as they should, they just looked ugly. In return I received 2 of my 4 seatbelts back broken and they no longer retract, are no longer safe and are no longer functionally sound. I emailed the company and received zero communication backI’m half tempted to sue. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The color is great the turnaround from shipment to return was amazing.

Seat belts were repaired very nicely. They answered my questions in a timely manner and were able to replace the belts without me having to cut off the original trim covers from the factory. A little pricey though, but very nicely done.

My package was lost by UPS so now I have to order a new module. God knows how much that’s gonna cost and they must file the claim not me because they’re the ones that provided the prepaid label so they’re taking their time to respond so I’m gonna make sure I let people know the process.

The repair took an extra 3 business days beyond the 48 hour promise to get repaired, I am not talking about shipping. Then the retracting of the seatbelt is poorly working and is harder to pull out. The color match was amazing and unique…that part I really appreciate. They were unwilling to make the delay of extra 3 days right by discounting the $200 price.

Wrong color webbing . Blue not grey.
Tongue was wrong tongue . As per instructions were not followed.
Resent seat belt retractor but instead of UPS shipping i was given USPD shipping label. Have not recieved any notification since. Really a disaster.
