Place your order, then ship your seatbelt assembly to us using the prepaid shipping label we provide. Once received, our technicians will repair the seatbelt and send it back to you promptly, ready for reinstallation.

Important Notes:

If you selected a dual-stage service but send a single-stage retractor attached to a pre-tensioner, you may be subject to an additional charge.
A dual-stage retractor has two plugs on the retractor itself.
If your seatbelt has one plug on the retractor and one plug on the pre-tensioner, this counts as two separate services:
one single-stage retractor, and
one pre-tensioner.
