L&D process takes 4 to 7 days to repaired and return wich is totally understandable., i send a 2018 jl triiple stage seatbelt missing half of its components and plugs, it came back like new i could barely recognized it, 100dlls more for parts missing wich i think its fair and knowing that used ones dont exist and new ones cost around 500 to 700dlls im happy. They also worked with me to make sure i got it back before CHP inspection wich it did easily passed
Great experience with L&D Solutions. I partially selected them because they are the closest shop to my house (KC Area & their Nebraska location). We did opt to replace the webbing on the seat belt, and with extra emails, they made sure we received the exact color we wanted. Everything went back in great the only hitch we had AND THIS IS NOT L&D's fault, is I had to get an updated OBDII Scanner to clear data on the Passenger Occupancy Module to clear the Dashboard Air Bag light. So be forewarned that just because you have the SRS Module reset, there might be other functions keeping the Air Bag Light on.
